One-to-one yoga teaching

One-to-one yoga teaching to help you begin, re-start or develop your yoga practice.

Personalised guidance and support to help you get what you want from  your yoga.

Private and convenient, either in your own home or a suitable local venue*. Availability throughout the day including early mornings and evenings.

Small group sessions (max. 4 people) also available.

One-to-one yoga is ideal if you are:​

– A complete beginner looking to build confidence and knowledge before joining a group class

– Keen to enjoy the benefits of yoga while managing an injury or health condition​

– Dealing with a particular life challenge, for instance yoga to help with relaxation, stress management etc

– Keen to practice yoga at home, but would prefer real-life teaching to online.

I offer two options:

Introductory session

A tailor-made one-off yoga session, generally including yoga postures, breathing exercises, relaxation/meditation.

£40 for a 75 minute session (including 10 minute phone consultation before the session, a 5 minute review at the end and a prompt sheet or short recording to support your practice).

*additional room hire and/or travel costs may apply

Follow up session

Further personalised sessions to develop your yoga practice, focusing on your pre-agreed aims.

£40 for single 60 minute session. ​

£200 for 6 scheduled weekly sessions
